East Conference Final Info. – June 4th

Hi community ~ we have 41 athletes who have qualified.  37 individuals and 6 relay teams! Several students are in multiple events!  We do not have a bus and expect students to be organized with a drive.  Please arrive 1 hour before your event (you can obviously use your own judgement for 1500m and hurdles)! If you are driving children other than your own, you should have filled out a Permission to Drive form. (Ask your child to see me if needed!) Students may attend school and return to school around his/ her events.  Please call our school for attendance purposes.

Events can be held 30 minutes before scheduled times. Mr. Knight and Ms. Robertson will be on hand to assist with marshaling and supervision. Each student requires a new number for this meet – unless she/he is only in a relay event.  Each student must wear a school jersey.

Mr. Knight and I will host an information meeting, hand out jerseys and number the beginning events on Wed. pm.
