Distance Training

If you are interested in distance runs (800m & 1500m) and have been enjoying tv, sofa sitting and cocooning at home….(oops, that’s me! ha ha – I know you kids do all kinds of cross-training stuff…) time to get out and safely begin doing some light training! We do not officially train for these distance events – but I will do some morning tryouts to aid in picking the best events for our team and athletes!
