Happy March Break Courcelette!

Well with the Spring weather hopefully coming ~ we can soon get out into the community and safely start training a bit!  If any Gr. 4 – 8 are interested in competing in the distance runs (400m, 800m, 1500m), it’s a great idea to start running a bit!  Cross-training counts! This means if you swim, dance, play soccer or anything active (like many of you already do)…. you’re ahead of the game! Say thanks to your parents for doing outside active things!!

If you are running in the community – be super safe and super aware and super bright. Some hills or the track at Birchmount is a great idea.  Hills at Blantyre park are awesome too! Running with a buddy or adult is a must for safety too!
